SILVER NAPKIN RING W/ MISTLETOE & WREATH & HARE, TH. STRUBE & SOHN, GERMANY

Description

German .800 standard solid silver napkin ring with mistletoe and wreaths impressed in shallow relief and a hand engraved hare below one wreath, and hand engraved in the reserve "WM" or "MW" of interlocked letters.  The ring weighs 1.16 troy ounces  and measures 1 1/4 inches high and 1 1/2 inches in diameter.  Marked on the lower body with the retailer's name "Th. Strube & Sohn" followed by the trademark of the manufacturer Koch & Bergfeld and "800" and the German national silver guarantee marking of a crescent moon and crown.  There are tiny nicks and scratches overall, and several tiny nicks on the rims, otherwise in good antique condition.
