Rabbit Painting Wood Cutting Board Folk Art Floral Vintage Toleware Wall Hanging

Description

Hand-painted, solid wood decorative cutting board. Measures, including the handle, 13" x 9.25".  Good shape with no nicks or cracks. Sturdy with good colors on the painting. There is a small reddish spot near the top edge. See last photo. The slightly lighter oval-ish area near the upper right-of-center of the painting isn't damage: It's just where there's a natural knot in the wood that was used and it didn't soak up the black paint as much as the other areas of wood did. The painting is signed "M.M. Almes." I have no history of the artist or the origins of this piece.
